Hoa kim châm rửa sạch. Tới và ớt sừng băm nhỏ. Thịt nạc heo mua về rửa sạch, thái nhỏ rồi băm nhỏ ra.
Đun sôi nồi nước, cho hoa kim châm vào luộc khoảng 5 phút cho hoa kim châm chín vừa mềm tới thì vớt ra để ráo nước.
Phi thơm tỏi băm với 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho thịt băm vào xào cho săn lại. Thêm ớt băm vào, nêm 2 muỗng canh nước tương, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 muỗng canh đường, đổ nước vào xâm xấp. Đun sôi với lửa to cho tan gia vị rồi tắt bếp. Sau đó dội nhanh lên hoa kim châm.
Hoa kim châm trộn sốt thịt băm với hoa kim châm chỉ cần đem luộc chín tới rồi trộn cùng hỗn hợp sốt thịt heo bằm, béo cay. Các chi em thử bỏ túi và triển ngay thử món ngon đơn giản này nhé!
